Gurdjieff-a spiritual teacher said that you are not one, you are a crowd; not even when u say lis there any l, there are many l's in you many egos;ln the morning one l,in the after -noon another I,in the evening a third ;but you ever become aware d of this mess-
Beacuse who will become aware of it ? There is not a centre that can become aware. The discipline of yoga means ; Yoga wants to create a crystalized centre in you."

DEEP BREATHING & SLOW BREATHING

The Vedas have said that your breath is Brahma, it is right in a very subtle way. Bre ath is your life and breath is also the bridg ⁃ e between the conscious and the uncon scious, between your body and mind. Wh ⁃ en the breath changes, the mood of the mind changes .Focussing on deep & slow breathing gives a deeper understanding of oneself, of awareness,transformation of negative emotions,let go tensions and be -come more present, hence it creates a balanced & equanimity in the face of life's difficulty..

YOGASANAS & BODY-MIND CONNECTION

Body and the Mind are not separate entities The'gross form of mind is the body & subtle form of body is the mind. The practice of asa na harmonizes the two. Body and mind is ca ged by tensions and knots . Aim of asanas is to release these knots; hence a scientific and logical set of yoga techniques ; shatkarmas, pranayama, mudras,bandhas, asanas, yog ni dra eleminate these knots on physical and mental level- Regular practice maintains a balanced and joyful lifestyle.

Meditation is the only solution
Tension is nowhere except in the minds of humanity .But tension is not outside you, it is in your wrong style of life. You are living in a com- petition - that will create tension. You are living in continuous comparison - that will create ten -sion. You are always thinking either of the past or of the future and missing the present which is the only reality - that will create tension, Hence, meditation in any form brings beauty & calmness in every moment. It reconnect with your inner resources & discover a life of ease and relaxation.
Remembering the mantra "know meditation know life no meditation no life".

YOGA CLASS DISCLAIMER

Yoga involves physical activity, and each student is responsible for their own saftey and well being durinc practice. To minimize the risk of injury ,students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify or skip any poses that feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Health Disclosure and Medical Advice

‣ Students are required to inform the instructor of any existing physical, mental, or psychological health conditions prior to beginning yoga practice. This information allows the instructor to offer general guidance and highlight contraindications relevant to the student's condition.
* Students with medical issues should consult their doctor before beginning or altering any form of physica activity, including yoga. This is particularly important fo ndividuals who are overweight, take regular medicatior or have pre-existing medical conditions

Contra-indications and Safety
• Contraindications for each asana will be shared on the first day of class.
* Students experiencing pain or health complications during class should immediately stop the practice and rest, It is their responsibility to communicate any concerns with the instructor
‣ Group classes are not recommended

Pregnancy
* Pregnant students should only practice under the guidance of a qualified instructor for the latter or follow exercises specifically recommended by their doctor Especially, not at yogbeej classes.

By participating in any yoga class, workshop, online session, or drop-in class, I acknowledge and agred that:
